This precise assembly ensures stability and safety for every session.<h4 id="step-1-place-your-dugout-dock">Step 1: Place Your Dugout Dock</h4>Position the Wooden Dugout Dock on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. This will be the command center for your sessions.<h4 id="step-2-assemble-the-hot-hole-unit--heater-post">Step 2: Assemble the &quot;Hot Hole&quot; Unit &amp; Heater Post</h4><ol><li style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Take the Heating Coil Assembly (&quot;Hot Hole&quot;) and locate the small set screw on its metal base. Use the included tool (Allen key) to loosen it slightly.</li><li style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Take the metal mounting post and screw the threaded end into the hole in the Hot Hole&apos;s base.</li><li style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Insert the Heating Coil Assembly onto the mounting post.<ol style="font-family: initial;"><li style="font-style: italic; font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Important:&#xA0;Orient the unit so that the coil itself faces away from the main body of the Dugout Dock once installed. This protects the wood and keeps the hot coil safely positioned.</li></ol></li><li style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Use the included tool to firmly tighten the set screw, securing the coil assembly to the mounting post. This post serves as a safe place to rest your hot Ace heater if needed.</li></ol><h4 id="step-3-connect-to-power">Step 3: Connect to Power</h4><ol><li style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Now that your station is securely assembled, connect the cable from the Heating Coil Assembly to the 5-pin port on the front of your Digital Temperature Controller (PID).</li><li style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Plug the PID Power Cable into the back of the PID, and then connect it to a wall outlet.</li></ol><h4 id="step-4-power-on--set-your-temperature">Step 4: Power On &amp; Set Your Temperature</h4><ol><li style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;">Turn on your PID by holding the middle button for 3 seonds. For your first session, we recommend a starting temperature between 525&#xB0;F - 555&#xB0;F (274&#xB0;C - 290&#xB0;C).
